My colleague asked me the other day "What are the three most common questions from your customers right now?" I believe his main reason for asking that was to get input to new content offers and articles. I decided to create a vlog with my answers.

When you run out of ideas, aren't sure what to write about and can't find of a suitable topic—collecting the most frequently asked questions from your customers and answer them in your blog or knowledge hub is usually a very good solution.
